Team Structure

The project structure included several focused teams that worked in a coordinated and collaborative manner to develop the assurance argument, multicampus reports, and the federal compliance filing for the comprehensive review. These teams included, 1) criteria teams that were charged with addressing each of the five accreditation criteria in the assurance argument, 2) the executive team composed of senior leaders who provided leadership, direction, and general guidance to the development of the assurance argument, 3) the resource group that included colleagues across the institution who served as subject matter experts for specific areas and core components, 4) the multicampus reports team, 5) the federal compliance team, and 6) the planning team. Together the teams represent the breadth of our institution’s constituent groups, shared governance, and mission-related activities.
